Create a personalized message
As you can see in the personalized message document, DFINERY provides basic tags and custom tags that can be used in personalized messages.
If you utilize the User property, you can further expand the area of personalization and configure messages.
Design the internal elements of your message to fit your campaign objectives by defining desired personalization areas such as member name, age, and level.
In order to utilize Liquid, data integration corresponding to the personalization area is essential.
If necessary data such as age or member name is not linked, the desired personalization area cannot be used when creating a campaign template.
When setting up personalization areas, you should consider default values.
When sending personalized messages using member information, there may be cases where the member does not provide the information or an error occurs.
If the personalization area is checked as an empty or error value, it may be sent in an unwanted form such as null or default.
