Action settings through app push
The push message creation steps do not differ greatly depending on the push channel (App, Web, Kakao, SMS).
However, settings for actions when a user clicks or touches the message may vary depending on the channel.
For app push messages, you can determine user behavior below:
- App Open : Touch the push message to launch the app.
- App Open with Deeplink : When you touch the push message, it moves to the deep link point you set.
App push report
You can check the delivery report in the Dashboard tab for each push message. [Check the push message report]
[[Quote:Warning:Small]] There may be a difference between App Push Audience figures and Send figures.
- If the device is turned off or not connected to the network, it cannot receive pushes.
- If the user opts out of receiving pushes, he or she cannot receive pushes.
Number of opens after sending a push message
TTL indicates the validity period for message transmission.
If the user is offline when the app push message is sent, the message can be maintained for a certain period of time and then sent when the user is online.
The default TTL setting for AOS (Android) and IOS (iPhone) is 28 days.
Therefore, if the users terminal cannot receive pushes, such as when it is turned off or not connected to the Internet,
The message may be displayed late by up to 28 days, so the open count in the report may occur even after the push message is sent.
