Grant account permissions based on context

The DFINERY permission system is very liberal.
Create the desired permissions and grant them to users.
This document explains the types of permissions most commonly used by our customers, organized into the four categories below.

#1.Permissions including all Ad Partner (including organic) and sales data
1.Create Rule
Menu permissions
include all Ad Partner (including organic) and sales data by default.

Just create a menu permission rule
and grant it to the user.
1.1 Create menu permissions
a. Go to
the Account > Rules menu
.
b. Click
the Add Permission
button at the top right.
c. Click
the Menu Permissions
button.
d. Enter
the permission name
. (It is recommended to set a name that well represents the nature of the permission. (
eg
Edit/Read Dashboard and Ad Campaigns ))
e. Select
Permission Nature
: Allow > Read/Write
.
g. Set
the app
scope to which the permission applies. (It is recommended to select Partial App and specify the app.)
f. In
Select Menu
, select the menu item you want to apply permission to and save it.

Carefully select the app scope to apply the rule to.
- If you apply to the entire app, the rule permission will be applied to all apps registered in the account.
- If you only want access to a specific app, check the partial app, then select the app and create a rule.
2. Create Role
Next, it is time to create a role with final authority by combining rules.
Create a Role by mapping the Rule created in
1.1 Menu Permission Creation
for permissions including all Ad Partners (including organic) and sales data.
a. Go to
the Account > Roles menu
.
b. Click
the Add Role
button at the top right.
c. Enter
the permission name
. (It is recommended to set a name that well represents the nature of the permission. (
eg
Permissions for A Agency ))
d. Go to
the Permissions tab
and
activate the permission mapping toggle
for one rule you created.
e.
Save
your settings.
3. User Invitation and Authorization
Invite and authorize users to use DFINERY.
a. Go to
the Account > Users menu
.
b. Click
the Add User
button at the top right.
c. Click
the Invite User
button.
d.
Enter the email address
of the user you want to invite in the invitation email field.
e.
Select the role
you created in the
role
item.
f. When you click the invite button
, an invitation email will be sent
to the email address entered in the invitation email field.
g. If you
accept
the account invitation sent by invitation email, you can use DFINERY with this privilege.

What level of data can the account representative you authorize see?

The rule set created in the current example is at a level where all business data of the app can be checked

- We recommend granting this level of permission only to trusted vendors and account representatives.
#2. Permission not to include all Ad Partner (including organic) and sales data
1. Create Rule
1.1 Create menu permissions

the Add Permission

c. Click
the Menu Permissions
button.
d. Enter
the permission name

1.2 Create global permission (sales data permission)

Limited sales data ))
e. When you check
sales data permission
in the permission selection
, select restrict sales data viewing
for the sub-selected items.

your settings.
2. Create Role
Next, it is time to create
a Role
with final authority by combining Rules.
For permissions that do not include all Ad Partners (including organic) and sales data, create a role by mapping the two rules created in
1.1 Creating menu permissions and 1.2 Creating global permissions (sales data permissions)
.
a. Go to
the Account > Roles menu
.
b. Click
the Add Role
button at the top right.
c. Enter
the permission name
. (It is recommended to set a name that well represents the nature of the permission. (eg Permissions for A Agency))
d. Go to
the Permissions tab
and
activate the permission mapping toggle
for the two rules you created.
e.
Save
your settings.
3. User Invitation and Authorization

#3. Permissions including specific Ad Partner and sales data
1. Create Rule
1.1 Create menu permissions

the Account > Rules menu

the Menu Permissions
button.
d. Enter
the permission name
. (It is recommended to set a name that well represents the nature of the permission. (

1.2 Create global authority (AD Partner)

the Global Permissions
button.
d. Enter
the permission name
. (It is recommended to set a name that well represents the nature of the permission. (eg Ad Partner (excluding organic)
e. When you check
Ad Partner
in the permission selection, select
specific Ad Partner restrictions
from the sub-selection items that are confirmed.
f. Select the partner you want to grant permission to (multiple selections possible).
g.

Global Permissions: Ad Partner Permission Attributes
Among global permissions
, Ad Partner permission
has the following characteristics.
1)
Allow specific Ad Partners:
Allow only specific Ad Partners and restrict others.
eg) If you grant permission by selecting
Google ads, Facebook, or Tradingworks

>> Only Google ads, Facebook, Tradingworks are accessible, other partners are not accessible
2)
Restrict specific Ad Partners:
Restrict only certain Ad Partners and allow others.
eg) If permission is given by selecting
Organic

>> Access to all partners except Organic (including newly added partners and custom channels)
2. Create Role
Next, it is time to create
a Role
with final authority by combining Rules.
For permissions including specific Ad Partner and sales data, create a role by mapping the two rules created in
1.1 Menu permission creation and 1.2 Global permission creation (Ad Partner)

a. Go to
the Account > Roles menu

b. Click
the Add Role

c. Enter
the permission name

Permissions for B Agency ))
d. Go to the Permissions tab and
activate the permission mapping toggle
for the two rules you created.

3. User Invitation and Authorization

- This is a level of authority suitable for agencies that run performance advertisements for specific partners.
#4. Permission not to include specific Ad Partner and sales data
1. Create Rule
1.1 Create menu permissions
a. Go to
the Account > Rules menu
.
b. Click
the Add Permission
button at the top right.
c. Click
the Menu Permissions
button.
d. Enter
the permission name
. (It is recommended to set a name that well represents the nature of the permission. (

e. Select
Permission Nature
: Allow > Read/Write
.
g. Set
the app
scope to which the permission applies. (It is recommended to select Partial App and specify the app.)

- This is a level of authority suitable for agencies that run performance advertisements for specific partners.
