Account, user, role, and permission management

This document explains the meaning of Account, User, Role, and Rules used in DFINERY and provides instructions on how to use them.
Meaning of Terms
Account
- An account is a unit that manages users and apps.

Accounts are generally used on a company-by-company basis.
However, for companies with multiple services, apps, and projects, it can be used on a team/department basis. - One user can create multiple accounts and belong to multiple accounts.
User
- User means that email verification has been completed and the service can be used.
- One user can access multiple accounts.
- The account administrator can invite users, and the invitation process is completed when the user clicks the confirmation link in the verification email.
Roles
- A role refers to a unit that combines authority and users.
- A role can contain a combination of multiple permissions and users.
Permissions (Rules)
- Permissions refer to the ability to define whether access to a specific menu is allowed/denied, or manipulated/read-only, on an app-by-app basis.
- A single privilege can be granted to multiple roles.
Account management
Check account information
Go to the Account > Account Info menu.

Account Info
You can check and edit the currently selected account information. Editing is not possible unless you have Admin privileges. -
My Policy
You can check the apps and permissions that users can access from the currently selected account.
change account
Click the profile area at the bottom left, then click Change Account to select the account you want to change.
User management

Role management
Add roles
DFINERYs role is completed by mapping users and permissions (policy).
a. Go to
the Account > Roles
menu.
b. Click
the Add Role
button at the top right.
c. Enter the role name and map the users to belong to and the permissions to be granted.
d. Users must be invited in the User menu. Permissions can be added in the Policies menu.
Permissions (Rules) Management
Add permission
a. Go to
the Account > Rules
menu.
b. Enter the permission name and set the details.
Permission Details
Permission Nature: Choose the personality you want to give your menu.
- Allow: Allows Read Only or Read/Write.
- Deny: Read only or read/write is not allowed.
- Read Only: The selected menu can be accessed, but cannot be modified.
- Read/Write: You can access and edit the selected menu.
App: Select the apps that will be included in the permission.
- All Apps: Permissions include all apps created in the currently selected account.
- Partial app: Among apps created in the currently selected account, only the specified app will have permissions.
Select menu: Select the menu you want to control from Permissions. It is influenced by the nature of the authority.
- Full Menu: All menus available are included in your privileges.
- Partial menu: Only the selected menu among the provided menus is included in the privilege.
