Invite users to your account

DFINERY supports inviting users to an account and assigning them roles to manage apps or view menus.
This document provides instructions on how to invite users to your account and assign roles to them.
1. Invite users
1.Select the account you want to manage.
2. Go to the Account > Users menu.
3. Click the Invite User button.

Enter the email address
of the user you want to invite and select the role to be assigned.
(Roles can be created directly with desired conditions in
the Account > Roles
menu, and can be modified after invitation.)
5. When you click the invite button, an invitation confirmation email will be sent to your email address. 5.

6. The invitation process is completed when the invited user checks their email and completes approval.
2. Managing invited users
1.Select the account you want to manage.

menu.
3. Search for and check the invited users and click the Tools button. 3.

User Management
to view summary information about users.
(Alternatively, you can go to the Permissions tab to check the details of the granted role or edit the role.)
5. Click
Delete User
to delete the user from the currently selected account.
Once deletion is complete, the user will no longer have access to the currently selected account.
