Event data
#1. Users who purchased a specific product through a specific advertising medium
STEP 1. Create a segment

③ Click the ‘Save Audience Design’ button at the bottom right. |
#2. Users who have run the app but have not registered as members
STEP 1. Create a segment

Event Name > Include > abx:start_session: Includes only the results where the app launch event occurred. Event Name > Include > abx:sign_up : Include only the results of the member sign-up event |

③ Click the ‘Audience Mock Calculation’ button |
④ Click the ‘Save Audience Design’ button at the bottom right. |
#3. Users who have made a repeat purchase in n+1 months
STEP 1. Create a segment

#4. Inactive users (users who have not run the app for more than n days after installing the app)
STEP 1. Create a segment

Event Name > Include > abx:firstopen: Includes only performances where app install events (new install + re install) occurred. Event Name > Include > abx:start_session: Includes only the results where the app launch event occurred. |

User profile data

#5. Users with a specific membership level
STEP 1. Create a segment

#6. Married male user in his early 30s
STEP 1. Create a segment

Data Table

#7. Users participating in offline campaigns
STEP 1. Create a data table
- Upload the user DB that participated in the offline campaign to the data table. ( Learn more about the data house function )

Defined Audience
#8. Users who completed membership registration among dormant users (example #4 audience)
STEP 1. Create a segment
① Click the “+ Add” button in the left Segment area and select “Defined Audience”
② Select the “dormant user (user who has no history of running the app for more than n days after installing the app)” created in Example #4.
STEP 2. Create a new segment

Push message
#9. Users who opened a specific push message but did not make a purchase
STEP 1-1. Create a segment (users who opened a specific push message)

[Only audiences who have opened the push message channel “APP/WEB” can be checked]
To check whether APP/WEB push is open, DFINERY SDK must be linked.However, because Kakao Channel sends pushes through a separate API, the push open rate cannot be checked.

Pop-up message
#10. AOS user who clicked the A button of a specific pop-up message
STEP 1. Create a segment

'Audiences who clicked the pop-up message button' - Button selection > Button A: Only includes results of clicking Button A set when setting the pop-up message. - Click count > greater than or equal to (≥) > 1: Includes only results where Button A was clicked at least once. |
