DEMO User Guide

DFINERY provides a DEMO so that anyone can experience our services at any time.
Please try the demo first and if you have any questions or improvements, please feel free to contact us through the help center.
We will do our best to provide you with a quick response and satisfaction.
1. Create a demo app after signing up [ Go here ]
To use DFINERY, you need to register as a member.
When signing up, your password must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, special characters, and numbers, and must be at least 8 characters long.Also, it cannot include a name/ID, and cannot enter identical or consecutive numbers/characters.

Even if you later use DFINERY in conjunction with a customer service rather than a demo app, you can use the service with the same account.
2. Create a demo app
If you are connected to the console,
Setting & SDK > Top right +Create App > Demo App > Commerce Select and save
Please create a demo app in the same order as above.
You can select Game, but there is a slight difference in the name of the linked virtual event.

In addition to attribution, DFINERY provides various functions that managers can use.
The functions provided are as follows.

Please understand that some tabs may be difficult to view or use because they are add-on packages (paid add-ons).
3. Create report
You can create various types of reports in Analytics > Data Explorer.

4. AI Studio
This tab provides a function to predict user bounce rate.
The above features can be used by adding a separate paid plan.

Example of use
- Analyzing the 3-day bounce rate of users who came in through a specific medium
- Extract users with a bounce rate of over 70% and use them for preemptive marketing actions such as app push

Growth Action
Growth Action creates and tests message campaign hypotheses (=scenarios) for customer engagement based on user data (region, device model name, OS version, etc.) and user behavior data (signup, login, purchase, etc.) to improve marketing activities. A solution that can be validated.
Growth Action allows you to 1) send a message to the designed audience 2) each under experimental conditions and 3) analyze the response to the message at the level of the user's in-app action, so you can verify the actual message effect and derive future marketing strategies. It has the advantage of being able to do so.

Example of use
- Create follow-up marketing scenarios targeting users who participated in the first purchase event
- Create a scenario to encourage participation in promotions for users who have no purchase history in the past 3 months
- Create a membership promotion scenario for users who have installed the app but have not yet registered as a member.
6. Data Studio > Big Data Export
Please note that this tab provides the function to extract raw data and is available when upgrading to a paid plan.
Even though the demo data is not actually extracted, you can explore what it does.

Example of use
- You can freely select the desired items such as event occurrence time, Device ID (adid/idfa), country, city, IP, OS, platform (Android/iOS), event name, User ID, order number, etc. and freely export the raw data to an Excel file. It can be extracted with .
7. Customer Data > Customer Explorer
This function supports '360-degree' analysis of each customer, including the customer's purchase amount and visit frequency.
Please understand that it is difficult to use in the demo version.

- For each user, gender, age, marital status, total number of access days, frequent access times, frequently access days, average access cycle, first access date and time, last access date and time, place of residence, purchase amount, number of connected devices, and advertising identifier You can check it.
8. Customer Data > Audience Studio
Audience Studio creates user segments using the analysis conditions provided by DFINERY.
This function creates the desired audience by combining each created segment.
The created audience can be used for analysis, sending targeted push messages, and targeting advertisements.
When testing Audience Studio features in the demo version, you must click the Activate Demo button.
Audiences can be set to two types: Fixed and Dynamic.
- Fixed: It is created once and does not update automatically.
- Dynamic: Automatically updated according to the set period. Dynamic Audience add-on is required to use.
9. Data House
All types of fragmented data can be collected and easily managed in DFINERY's data house.
It provides a series of processes to extract data, process it into an analyzable form, and load it.
With simple setup, you can integrate data from both companies and services and start analyzing.

Example of use
Data that exists in various forms within a company, such as Excel files and POS data, can be loaded and processed in one place and used for various purposes.
