DFINERY provides an effective pop-up messaging feature that improves communication with users and increases engagement.
In addition, we utilize personalized messages to provide customized messages to users, and improve user experience by considering appropriate exposure timing and message content.
Establish a strategy to improve customer engagement and increase brand awareness through DFINERY!
Basic conditions for use
There are a total of 6 types of pop-up messages in DFINERY.

Creating a specific audience (common)
Pop-up messages can be sent to all audiences or to specific audiences.
At this time, in order to send a message to a specific user, a specific audience is created in Audience Studio.
Creating a pop-up message
🚩 Please follow the steps below to create a message. ( 🧐 Learn more about how to create )
1.Go to the Growth Action > Pop-up Message menu.
2. Click the ‘+Create Pop-up Message’ button in the top right.
3. Complete each step of the settings on the campaign settings screen.
4. Once you have created a message, you can check it through the Growth Action > Pop-up Message list.
Start by copying the pop-up message (common)
When you click

Settings > ‘Copy to start’ button in the pop-up message campaign list,
You can start a new campaign by copying a previously created campaign.
message status
The created pop-up message has a total of 7 status values.
explanation | |
Writing | This is the default state after creating a pop-up message. (step before activation) |
Waiting to post | The user has activated the campaign. (Waiting phase) |
Preparing to publish | About an hour before the set campaign is sent, the audience is calculated and the final send is prepared. |
Posting | The campaign is in progress. |
Posting (reflecting modifications) | This is the status when the settings are modified while the campaign is published. |
stop | The campaign has been stopped. |
end | The campaign has ended. |
