Create pop-up message
Follow1.Click the [Create Pop-up Message] button.
2. campaign name Enter (pop-up message name).
๐ก Tip: Once you set the purpose of sending the campaign, you can check the KPI event report based on Total Click and Unique Click.
3. Set the target group to which you want to expose the message.
๐ก Tip: In the example, we set a specific condition called โvisited at least once in the last 7 daysโ . You can set up a campaign with an audience created in Audience Studio.
4. Choose a platform and layout.

5. Click [Image Area] to upload an image.
Image upload specifications vary depending on layout.

6. Enter the content of your message.
- Sticky banners can only contain body content without a title.
- When you click the [Load Message] button, you can load the contents of the message previously saved in Growth Action > Assets.
7. Set the button.
- If you select the Web PC platform, PC click action settings are added.
- Up to two buttons can be set in every layout.

8. Set the background color.
When setting up a pop-up message, 'background color' refers to the background color of the message card.
At this time, the user can set the background color in two situations:

Full screen image > Enable scrolling
- If the image does not fill the screen when enabled for scrolling, the user can set the background color of the message card.

Layout with 'Text'

You can set the background color for message cards containing text. This is when the user wants to understand the message content more clearly.
Alternatively, it is useful when considering the visual design of a message.

9. Set the background behind the pop-up.
โBackground behind pop-upโ refers to the dimmed background behind the message when a pop-up message appears.
If you set this background, users can focus on the pop-up message by not being able to click on other elements when viewing the pop-up message.
If you do not set a background, you can scroll and click on the existing screen even while the pop-up message is displayed.
However, in this case, users may miss or ignore the pop-up message.
If the pop-up message conveys important information or requires user selection, it is recommended to set a pop-up background.
10. Set the exposure position.
The exposure position can be set on PC Web and Sticky Banner, and is set comprehensively in all languages.
11. Set the period and trigger for which you want to expose the message.
