Follow5. Ad Fraud: Black List
There is also Ad Fraud, which steals advertising performance by physically using multiple actual devices to generate ad touches, installations, and in-app events. Fraudsters who cause this type of ad fraud create fraudulent traffic similar to the influx of real users in an environment such as a factory system to imitate real users. This type of Ad Fraud is usually referred to as Click Farm because it is similar to a fraudulent traffic farm.
This is a type of Ad Fraud that is difficult to control in advance because its behavior is similar to that of actual users and it is discovered after the fact. However, 1) when users with similar behavior patterns continue to flow from a single sub-publisher (Publisher ID) 2) when the same user (Advertising ID) repeatedly causes ad touches, installations, and in-app events 3) when a specific IP Address Since it shows the same pattern as continuous inflow in the band, defensive measures are needed to prevent additional damage.
With the Black List (First-Party Level) function provided by Fraud Kill-Chain, if the publisher ID, advertising ID, and IP address information of the fraudster causing ad fraud is clear, you can prevent additional damage by adding it to the black list.
