How to view Postback Log and solve problems

Adbrix provides a Partner console for Partners.
Partner console has the ability to download postback logs only for apps that have completed postback settings.
This document describes the functionality to download Postback Logs from the Partner console.
This guide explains how to check if there is no download value when viewing the Postback Log.
Download Postback Log
a. Go to the Postback Log menu.
b. Select the app you want to search by Application Key or TackingLink URL and click the Next button.
c. Set the detailed information to search and download.

Search Period: Select the search period. You can set up to one month.
The maximum number of Postback Log views for a set period is 300,000. If it exceeds 300,000, please download by dividing the period. - Time Zone: Select the Time Zone to search.
- Event Name: Select the event name to search. Multiple selections are possible. If no event is selected, all events will be selected.
- ADID/IDFA: Enter the ADID or IDFA to search. If not entered, all ADIDs and IDFAs will be searched.
If there is no postback log
If you have downloaded the Postback Log but there is no data, check the following:
1. Please check if the postback settings are set normally.
Ask your client to check if the postback settings are complete in the Adbrix console provided to them. If you have the authority, check it yourself.

Both AD Partner settings and Postback Final Settings must be completed.

- Attribution > AD Partner settings
- AD Campain > Top Postback Final Setting
2. Request confirmation of whether an event has occurred.
If number 1 is normal but the postback is not received, there may be no event occurrence history.
Request confirmation of event occurrence history through Partner in Adbrix console provided to client. If you have permission, check it directly.
Check Analytics > Data Explorer > General Event Anayltics.

Report Interpretation
Check if there is an event that occurred under the same conditions as the values set in AD Partner's Postback Final Setting.
Use of the report
-Change the Open Attribution Type
You can check if the event you tested is an Open Attribution Type different from the Postback Setting.
-Change the Event Attribution Lookback Window
You can check if the tested event is outside the Lookback Window of the Postback Setting.
- You can search for specific ADID/IDFA as a condition by setting ADID/IDFA in Analytics Conditions.
