Understanding General Event Analytics

The report type ‘General Event Analytics’ supported by adbrix provides the analysis on ‘App Open Event’ and the other additionally integrated customized ‘In-App Event’.

What ‘Event’ means in adbrix
The ‘Event’ of adbrix is a concept which includes the ‘App Open Event’ and ‘In-App Event’. You can freely constitute the indexes like ‘App Open’ and ‘In-App Event’ by setting ‘Event name’ at ‘Group-by’ and ‘Conditions’.

Explanation
This is the report setting to check DAU by ‘Platform(Android, iOS). The definition of DAU is Daily Active User, and that means the number of unique users who activated the application on a daily basis. You can calculate the unique number of the device which activated daily app events by selecting ‘Date Type’ as ‘Daily’, and ‘Metric’ and ‘Unique Event’.
By setting the report as the above, you can analyze the DAU for each platform on a daily basis.

Explanation
This is the report setting to check the purchase status for each platform(Android, iOS). Since it is necessary to analyze the purchase status on an hourly basis, select ‘Purchase’ from the ‘Event Name’ in ‘Analytics Conditions’, ‘Hourly’ for ‘Date Type’, and ‘Unique Event’, ‘Total Event’, ‘Price x Quantity’ for ‘Metrics’.
By setting the report as the above, you can track ‘Total Number of Purchase’, ‘Unique Number of Purchase’, ‘Total Amount of Purchase’ by platform on hourly and daily basis.

Explanation
This is the report setting to track specific product’s purchase status for each platform(Android, iOS). Since you want to analyze specific product’s purchase status, you should select ‘Purchase’ from ‘Event Name’ in ‘Analytics Conditions’, and type in the product number for the ‘Product ID’. For the ‘Metrics’, select all the options, ‘Unique Event’, ‘Total Event’, ‘Price x Quantity’.
By setting the report as the above, you can track specific product’s daily ‘Total Number of Purchase’, ‘Unique Number of Purchase’, ‘Total Purchase Amount’ for each platform on a daily basis.
