Audience Sync is a feature that allows to automatically transfer the ADID (advertising ID) of their audience, which has been created through Audience Studio, to their advertising partners. This can enable the partners to easily conduct retargeting advertising campaigns.
Currently, Audience Sync supports the following advertising partners, with more expected to be added in the future.
Audience Sync is integrated through the following process
- Enter the Audience Partner menu under Customer Data in the DFINERY console.
- Select an Audience Partner (Facebook, Criteo, Tradingworks).
- Connect to the Audience Partner.
- After connecting to the partner, set up the connection.
- In Customer Data -> Audience Studio, create or select an audience.
- Connect to the Audience Partner connection through the selected Audience Sync.
Integrate Audience Partner
To use Audience Sync, you must connect to and use each advertising partner. You can check the advertising partners in the Customer Data -> Audience Partner Setting menu in DFINERY console
To connect with Facebook, select Facebook partner and click the "Login with Facebook" button on the right to log in.
Verify the permissions for Dfinery Audience Delivery on Facebook and click the "Agree and Continue" button.
After agreeing to all permissions and automatically returning to DFINERY, you will see that the account is connected as shown below.

To connect with Criteo, select Criteo and click the "Login with Criteo" button on the right to log in.
To connect with Tradingworks, select Tradingworks and click the "Registration Token" button.

Enter Tradingworks's UserID and Token.
You can check the Tradingworks User ID (email account) and Token in the account information of Tradingworks.
To set up a Connection for sending audience after the partner settings are complete, select the partner and click the "Add Connection" button in the Connections menu on the right.
In the case of Facebook, you would need to set up and save both a Facebook account and an ad account.
To set up Criteo, you would need to select and add your Advertiser ID.
To set up Tradingworks, you would need to select your User ID and specify the platform, package name, and country.
To check the connection information in the connection list.
Once the connection settings for each media have been completed, you can connect the configured connections with the audience.
Select Audience and connect.
Go to Customer Data -> Audience Studio and select audience and click the Sync menu.
Click the Add Sync button.
Select Connection info on Add Sync.
Confirm the Connection info.
Each audience type has different rule for transfer the Audience to partners.
- Audience will synchronize when audience calculation is complete.
- Audience will synchronize when audience re-calculated.
- Audience will not synchroznize 90min on Facebook.
